Our mission is to award yearly scholarships to Senior volleyball players in the Acadiana area who have been nominated by their coach. These players should show grace to their teammates, be leaders on the court and in life and have a strong faith based mentality.

Celie was changing lives and making the world a better place when she was called to go home to our Father in Heaven. We hope to continue her legacy by offering scholarships to individuals in Acadiana.

For us, the family of Coach Celie LeBlanc Ulm, we were faced with an untimely tragedy of losing our mother, wife, daughter, sister and aunt on March 6, 2023 after a short battle with cancer. She was 34 years old.

For some of you, it was the tragic loss of a friend, Coach, mentor or co-worker.

For each of us, it was the loss of a beautiful soul who’s light shined bright.

Celie was known throughout Acadiana as a player’s Coach. One who approached each day with grit and grace. She gave her all to her family, her volleyball players and her friends.

This non-profit, “lega-C”, has been created to allow Celie’s presence, her legacy, to remain on campuses throughout Acadiana.

Scholarships will be awarded yearly to Senior volleyball players in the Acadian area who have been nominated by their coach. These players should show grace to their teammates, be leaders on the court and in life and have a strong faith based mentality.
